Apple Cider Sangria

This delightful concoction combines the warm flavours of cinnamon and star anise with the comforting taste of apple cider into a refreshing bubbly sipper for any Autumn gathering. Enjoy!

Apple Cider Sangria

For a perfect Autumn delight, sip into Fall with Apple Cider Sangria.

Ingredients

  • 1 Green Apple, thinly sliced

  • 1 Red Apple, thinly sliced

  • 2 Pears, thinly sliced

  • 1 Navel Orange, cut into wedges

  • 1 Lemon, cut into wedges

  • 1/2 Cup Pomegranate Seeds

  • 1 Bottle of Sparkling White Wine or Prosecco

  • 5 Cups Apple Cider

  • Cinnamon Sticks and Star Anise, for garnish

Directions

  • To a punch bowl, add apples, pears, orange, lemon, and pomegranate seeds.
  • Garnish with cinnamon sticks and start anise. Add Apple Cider into the bowl, and refrigerate for a few hours.
  • Pour in Sparkling Wine or Prosecco right before serving.
  • When serving, be sure to get plenty of fruit into each glass. Enjoy!
