Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Bacon

  • 1/2 cup Dark Brown Sugar

  • 1 tsp Paprika

Directions

  • Line sheet pan with parchment paper.
  • In a small bowl, combine brown sugar and paprika. Set aside.
  • Separate strips of bacon onto sheet pan, and sprinkle brown sugar mixture on top.
  • Bake 425°F for about 30 minutes or until bacon is cooked through and brown sugar is caramelized. Enjoy!

Notes

  • For this recipe, I used Maple Leaf Original Bacon but feel free to use Maple Bacon or any bacon of your choosing for a unique twist. Additionally, I used dark brown sugar for a rich and sticky molasses flavor, but you can definitely use light brown sugar for a less intense taste.
