Rock N’ Rolla Chica Cherry Cola Salad
“One Bottle of Pop, Two Bottles of Pop, Three Bottle of Pop”… you choose. One thing is for certain, the more bottles you put in the tastier this salad becomes. Loaded with all kinds of unexpected sweet and savory surprises, you will never know what hit you. The irresistible taste of cherries exploding in your mouth, paired with the creamy goat cheese and sweet, sticky nuts will have your taste buds dancing.
Ingredients:
1 pkg Fresh Spinach
1 Cup Fresh Cherry’s Pitted and Halved
1/2 Cup Praline Peanuts
1/2 Cup Goat Cheese Crumbled
1/2 Cup Hairibo Happy Cola Gummies
Dressing:
1/2 Cup Coca-Cola Soda Pop
1/4 Cup Balsamic Vinegar
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
Salt
Pepper
Directions:
- Using a large serving platter, place a bed of spinach.
- Arrange Cherries, praline peanuts, Coca-Cola gummies so that all are spread evenly throughout.
- Make salad dressing by mixing cola, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper in a mason jar. Pour over salad just before serving.
- Finally, crumble goat cheese over the top.
